The Skipping Challenge

Don’t time for a big workout? Don’t worry. This takes a maximum of 2 minutes and will leave you panting and heart racing.

All you need is you, a skipping rope and some space. Then simply skip.

The aim is to skip 200 times within 2 minutes. I managed to do 200 skips in 59 seconds (check out the video above).
