4 plain rice cakes
50g Dark chocolate (I use Lindt 70%)
- Melt the chocolate by breaking it up into pieces, placing in a bowl and popping in the microwave at a big power for 1.5 minutes.
- Spread the melted chocolate onto the rice cake and then leave to cool until chocolate is hard, et voila!
