Dark Chocolate Rice Cakes

So easy to make and so delicious, you have no excuse to ever eat a bad snack ever again. 

Ingredients

4 plain rice cakes

50g Dark chocolate (I use Lindt 70%)

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate by breaking it up into pieces, placing in a bowl and popping in the microwave at a big power for 1.5 minutes.
  2. Spread the melted chocolate onto the rice cake and then leave to cool  until chocolate is hard, et voila!
